I value your trust and am committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information when you:

  • Book hypnobirthing courses, antenatal classes, or infant feeding sessions 

  • Attend services in person (Grove, Wantage, and surrounding Oxfordshire areas) 

  • Participate in online sessions (within a 15-mile radius)

  • Any health information you choose to share that’s relevant to class safety

  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw consent 

  • Enquiry emails: up to 12 months

  • Right of access — you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you (a subject access request). We will respond without undue delay and at latest within one month (this can be extended to three months for complex requests; we will tell you if we need more time).  

  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.  

  • Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data in some circumstances (there are exceptions where we must keep records for legal reasons).  

  • Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to pause certain uses of your data.  

  • Right to data portability — where relevant, you can ask for copies of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.  

  • Right to object — you can object to certain processing, including direct marketing; if you object to marketing we will stop.  

  • Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling — not relevant for normal class admin, but we will tell you if we ever use automated profiling.  

  • Right to withdraw consent — if we rely on consent for processing (for example marketing or explicit health data consent), you can withdraw it at any time and this won’t affect processing done while consent was valid.
